Feasibility Studies

Time is money, so code, covenant and title research  as well as soil tests, EPAS and more are critical pre-planning components.  This is the test of " Is it  achievable and worth it?"

Programming + Planning

Programming and Planning begins to slot the pieces of the puzzle, bringing abstract ideas into the beginnings of visual and quantitative solutions, to determine the path/s to adhering to the objectives

Design & Development

Hard-lining of ideas to provide basis for construction documents, inform approach of consultants, mitigate potential issues and generate a preliminary budget

Permit Documents

Creating contract documents along with consultants ready for permit and submission to regulatory authorities
